What you only get from an actual visit: cross ventilation, how the natural light really moves through the space across the day, and whether your own furniture will genuinely fit the way you're imagining it. These are the factors that actually decide whether you'll be happy living there — and none of them come through in a photograph.
Our approach with clients is to have them inspect a handful of shortlisted apartments in person before deciding, and build the decision around that experience rather than a photo gallery.
