Khar West sits exactly where Bandra ends and something quieter begins. The streets are wider. The buildings are newer, but calmer. The residents — many of them Bandra families who moved one station south for the space — tend not to announce it.
The neighbourhood rewards the patient buyer. It offers the same western railway connectivity as Bandra — three minutes from the station, eight from BKC by road — with none of the premium for the name. That gap has been narrowing for five years, and those who noticed early have done well.
We have eleven active mandates in Khar West, almost all introduced to us by existing clients. There is very little here that appears on a portal. Our office is on 16th Road — we have been part of this neighbourhood since the practice opened.
